Gordon Hoffmann, managing director of Wave Broadcasting Entertainment, which is the holding company for MC90.3FM, said yesterday they had a low power transmission licence and their staff of nine were on the air around the clock.
Low power transmission is a new level of broadcasting in South Africa.
