Rough seas, big swells on the way

THE National Sea Rescue Institute has warned ocean users to be wary as rough seas with five-metre swells are predicted for the weekend and early next week as a cold front moves up the coast.
NSRI spokesman Craig Lambinon yesterday said the ocean could be unexpectedly rough, even in fine weather, as winter approached.
