A SPANISH hiker who lost his way on the Robberg Nature Reserve trail, just outside Plettenberg Bay, at the weekend was found and brought to safety.

A second hiking group separated last week, resulting in another search operation, this time involving an “absolutely petrified” hiker who would have been in serious danger had the weather been wet and cold.
